ONLINE ORDERS
PiperMichell has partnered with PayPal, ensuring you a secure and up to date on-line shopping experience.
PayPal only accepts payments via MasterCard and Visa.

SOUTH AUSTRALIAN DELIVERIES
Orders placed before 11am your gift will be delivered the same day.
Orders placed after 11am your gift will be delivered the next business day.
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday only (excluding Public Holidays). Deliveries cannot be made to PO Boxes.
When ordering online and sending multiple gift deliveries to the same address, $5.00 including GST will be added to the delivery charge for each extra parcel.
In the event that no one is home, please note that the courier will charge an additional re delivery fee of $7.50 incl of GST

Courier – Adelaide Metro - $20.00 inc GST
Courier – SA Country - $30.00 inc GST
INTERSTATE DELIVERIES
Orders placed before 11am your gift may be delivered the next business day to all capital cities:
Please place your order early to avoid any disappointment and to give us the opportunity to make sure that your gift arrives on your preferred delivery date.
When ordering online and sending multiple gift deliveries to the same address, samel freight charges apply to the delivery of each extra parcel.
In the event that no one is home, please note that the courier will charge an additional re delivery fee of $18.00 incl of GST
Courier – Interstate Off Peak - $27.00 inc GST
Courier – Interstate Overnight - $30.00 inc GST
MULTIPLE DELIVERIES

For multiple orders, allow 1-5 days for delivery depending on the destination state and the weight of the gift delivery.
When ordering online and sending multiple gift deliveries to the same address, same freight charges apply to the delivery of each extra parcel.

CHRISTMAS HAMPER DELIVERIES
PiperMichell are unable to guarantee preferred delivery dates during the last 2 weeks of December. We generally require a little more time to be able to process orders during this busy time and have them delivered with our courier.
MAKING AN ORDER
PiperMichell will confirm your order by email. You will receive confirmation that your order has been processed and an electronic invoice. PiperMichell reserve the right to substitute a product temporarily not available for a product of equal or greater, quality and cost. This includes packaging and ribbon. PiperMichell's agreement with you comes into existence once PiperMichell has confirmed your order and your payment has been processed. In the event of multiple orders a 50% deposit is required when placing the order and full payment due upon completion thereof. Orders will not be dispatched until payment in full has been received. All prices listed on PiperMichell's website are inclusive of GST.
CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
Once payment for an order has been accepted, cancellation is at the discretion of PiperMichell. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately on Phone: 0416 205 642.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
In the unfortunate event that a gift has been damaged through the delivery process, please call us on Phone: 0416 205 642 to organise for the gift to be returned and a replacement sent.
SALE
Under the Liquor Control Act 1988, it is an offence to supply alcohol to a person under the age of 18 years and for a person under the age of 18 years to purchase or receive liquor. For all gifts with alcohol included, please ensure that the recipient is aged over 18 years and is available to receive the delivery.
SECURITY
PiperMichell has chosen PayPal as their payment gateway partner. Our payment processing system uses SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology - the industry standard for encryption technology. SSL is the system that is used by all reputable e-commerce sites. SSL technology is compatible with most browsers. SSL encrypts all information (e.g. your credit card number) passed from your browser to our payment gateway, making it almost impossible to be intercepted by an unauthorised party, as long as your browser and local network supports the use of encrypted data transmissions.
In order to maintain security of this information, credit card details will not be stored on our servers, but only used on an individual transaction basis (i.e., customers enter their credit-card details each time they order). PiperMichell will not have access to credit card details entered on the web.
PRIVACY
Information provided by you to PiperMichell Pty Ltd ABN 74 102 406 022 will be used to process your order and ascertain customer satisfaction in relation to this service. PiperMichell respect your privacy and recognises your right to protection of all personal information you provide us with, including your name, address, telephone number and email address.
