     Courier Service Rate (Interstate: overnight)                 $35.00

     Courier Service Rate (Interstate: offpeak)                     $27.00

•   Surprise Box is unable to deliver on weekends or public holidays

·      Your order will be despatched from Adelaide

·      For Multiple deliveries to the same address please call us and freight costs will be confirmed prior to delivery

·      Surprise Box use a reputable courier service for transportation of all gift boxes and requires the recipient to be available to sign upon receiving their gift box

·      We highly suggest a business address is used rather than a home address

·      Please supply the recipient's contact number to ensure if the courier should miss them that the gift can be re-delivered when they are available 

·      All shipping / freight costs include packaging materials, outer boxes, fuel levy and GST

·      Surprise Box does not deliver overseas

·      You can save on delivery by picking up your gift hamper from our North Adelaide premises

·      Order before 11am for same day delivery within metropolitan Adelaide

·      For orders going to Melbourne and Sydney please allow 1-3 days

·      For orders going to other parts of Australia please allow 2-5 days

·      Surprise Box cannot be responsible for delivery and freight delays beyond our control and as such will not provide specific times of arrival

·      If a gift hamper(s) cannot be delivered due to incorrect address, no one home or for any other reason you will be responsible for the re delivery charge and this will be charged to your credit card.  Therefore it is imperative that all shipping / delivery details are 100% correct.

Replacement Policy

·      If for reasons beyond our control particular stock  items are not available as pictured on the www.surprisebox.com.au website, Surprise Box will automatically replace with items of equal value

Returns Policy

·      In the unlikely event that your gift hamper is damaged or has been tampered with upon delivery , please contact us immediately  for the gift hamper to be returned and we'll subsequently arrange a replacement

Cancellation Policy

·      Contact Surprise Box immediately if you need to cancel and order.  If payment has already been made, cancellation is at the discretion of Surprise Box.

Security

·      At Surprise Box we understand the need for you to feel 100% comfortable purchasing gifts online, therefore included in our latest website update we have only the best and most up to date SSL technology security to protect you.

·      Surprise Box does not have access to your credit card details and instead of storing your details on a server you will be required to input upon each order.
